			NORDIC DEFENCE INDUSTRIES A/S was founded in 1994, and has its base in Noerresundby in Northern Denmark:
			At NDI we coordinate and supervise the production of DAMDIC in close co-operation with our sub-contractors. Most production activities are out-sourced - the actual production of the DAMDIC charge itself takes place at a facility with permission to produce explosive charges.
			Other NDI activities include: § Contract management. § After-sales support, e.g. training and technical assistance. § Product development. We have our own workshop and test facilities. § Production of ancillary DAMDIC equipment - tools, spares etc. § The commercialization of DAMDIC through live demonstrations, participation in exhibitions and conferences, other marketing etc. NDI is a member of Naval Team Denmark, a national Government supported defence industry export organisation consisting of Danish and select overseas naval defence companies.
